These terms ensure a fair, safe, and successful exhibition for all participants. Any disputes or complaints should be submitted in writing.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

1. Definitions<\/strong><\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Organizer:<\/strong> OL POWER TECH SARL.<\/li>\n
  • Exhibitor:<\/strong> The company signing this agreement, including its employees or agents.<\/li>\n
  • Exhibition:<\/strong> The event specified in this agreement.<\/li>\n
  • Facility:<\/strong>The space allocated to the Exhibitor by the Organizer at the exhibition.<\/li>\n
  • Venue:<\/strong>The location where the exhibition takes place.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Basic Agreement<\/strong><\/h2>\n
      \n
    • The Organizer grants the Exhibitor the right to use the Facility during the exhibition.<\/li>\n
    • The Exhibitor agrees to the Facility’s condition at the start of the exhibition and accepts it as is.<\/li>\n
    • Facility allocation requires the Exhibitor’s signature and becomes binding upon acceptance by the Organizer.<\/li>\n
    • Payments must be made on time, and overdue amounts will incur interest.<\/li>\n
    • Failure to comply with payment terms or other conditions may result in cancellation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3. Payment Conditions<\/strong><\/h2>\n
        \n
      • Disputes must be reported within 3 days of receiving an invoice.<\/li>\n
      • Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.<\/li>\n
      • Unpaid amounts may incur collection fees, including legal costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        4. Breach of Contract <\/strong><\/h2>\n
          \n
        • Breaches must be resolved within specified time frames, depending on when they occur relative to the exhibition.<\/li>\n
        • The aggrieved party can seek relief through cancellation or specific performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
          \n

          5. Facility Use <\/strong><\/h2>\n
            \n
          • The Exhibitor must follow Organizer guidelines and may not obstruct other exhibits.<\/li>\n
          • Unapproved custom stands and disruptive behavior may lead to removal.<\/li>\n
          • Promotional activities are restricted to the assigned space.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            6. Product Integrity <\/strong><\/h2>\n
              \n
            • Exhibitors must display original or authorized products only.<\/li>\n
            • The Organizer is not responsible for any exhibit loss or damage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              7. Insurance and Liability <\/strong><\/h2>\n
                \n
              • Exhibitors must have their own insurance for staff, goods, and displays.<\/li>\n
              • The Organizer is not responsible for any exhibit loss or damage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                8. Indemnification<\/strong><\/h2>\n

                • The Exhibitor indemnifies the Organizer from claims or losses resulting from exhibition activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
