Terms and Conditions

These terms ensure a fair, safe, and successful exhibition for all participants. Any disputes or complaints should be submitted in writing.

 

 

1. Definitions

  • Organizer: OL POWER TECH SARL.
  • Exhibitor: The company signing this agreement, including its employees or agents.
  • Exhibition: The event specified in this agreement.
  • Facility:The space allocated to the Exhibitor by the Organizer at the exhibition.
  • Venue:The location where the exhibition takes place.

 

2. Basic Agreement

  • The Organizer grants the Exhibitor the right to use the Facility during the exhibition.
  • The Exhibitor agrees to the Facility’s condition at the start of the exhibition and accepts it as is.
  • Facility allocation requires the Exhibitor’s signature and becomes binding upon acceptance by the Organizer.
  • Payments must be made on time, and overdue amounts will incur interest.
  • Failure to comply with payment terms or other conditions may result in cancellation.

 

3. Payment Conditions

  • Disputes must be reported within 3 days of receiving an invoice.
  • Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • Unpaid amounts may incur collection fees, including legal costs.

 

4. Breach of Contract

  • Breaches must be resolved within specified time frames, depending on when they occur relative to the exhibition.
  • The aggrieved party can seek relief through cancellation or specific performance.

 

5. Facility Use

  • The Exhibitor must follow Organizer guidelines and may not obstruct other exhibits.
  • Unapproved custom stands and disruptive behavior may lead to removal.
  • Promotional activities are restricted to the assigned space.

 

6. Product Integrity

  • Exhibitors must display original or authorized products only.
  • The Organizer is not responsible for any exhibit loss or damage.

 

7. Insurance and Liability

  • Exhibitors must have their own insurance for staff, goods, and displays.
  • The Organizer is not responsible for any exhibit loss or damage.

 

8. Indemnification

  • The Exhibitor indemnifies the Organizer from claims or losses resulting from exhibition activities.
